How refunds are issued
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
No-shows and late arrivals
No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Weather and force majeure
Tours run rain or shine. In the rare event that the Vatican or Colosseum closes, you'll receive a full refund or a free reschedule.
